10/10 - I'm so glad to have found a tradie who is this transparent and easy to deal with, Chris is great. Thorough, friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. The work was thorough, everything was done properly, and I felt confident the issue was fully resolved — not just patched up.
We bought our house from another tradie who clearly cut a LOT of corners on the reno he did before we bought it. Chris searched and found (many) faults, and got everything compliant, and installed a new fan on our back deck.
Excellent communication, great customer service, and the invoice wasn't a nasty surprise. I’ll recommend CLD Electrical to anyone and will use them in future.

Chris turned up when he said he would and finished the job efficiently. Communication with him excellent, very prompt to reply and very understanding about the household situation. Client my mother frail, elderly forgetful so Chris dealt with me by phone. He was flexible enough to add a couple of last minute unexpected bits to the job. Price was fair. Chris replied promptly to my emergency call out, calling me back late on a Sunday night within minutes. He coached me through isolating the problem and carefully walked me through the steps to a short-term fix, avoiding an expensive call out. Chris did an amazing job of creating a new 15 amp power point and circuit breaker for our new electric oven install. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get the job done. He gave a 2hr window of when he was expected to arrive and did a beautiful job of cleaning up.

Great service, I had an issue on Thursday and managed to fit me into his schedule but the Monday afternoon. Contacted me to confirm the appointment by text the same day between 2 and 3 pm. He was running late and contacted me by phone call to say he was 15 - 20 minutes away.
He came fixed the issue with
In 15 minutes and set my PVR and DVD player to the TV while he was here.
Boots off at the door and had a drop sheet to save ‘ dirt’ on the carpet
