Chris was very helpful when I disrupted his Sunday evening. He tried to guide us to self-fix the issue (free of charge). Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved due to a hardware failure. We decided to wait till the next day to avoid after hour call out charge. He came on Monday at the agreed time to replace the component and got the electricity back for us. Much appreciated, Chris!

Great service, I had an issue on Thursday and managed to fit me into his schedule but the Monday afternoon. Contacted me to confirm the appointment by text the same day between 2 and 3 pm. He was running late and contacted me by phone call to say he was 15 - 20 minutes away.
He came fixed the issue with
In 15 minutes and set my PVR and DVD player to the TV while he was here.
Boots off at the door and had a drop sheet to save ‘ dirt’ on the carpet
